FOXBORO - Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger called the rainy conditions at Gillette Stadium yesterday the worst he’s ever played in.

That wasn’t any consolation to Tedy Bruschi [stats] and several of the Patriots [team stats], who refused to use the weather as a crutch for the dismal 33-10 loss, one which kept the team out of first in the AFC East.
